Here are some pics from two concerts I was recently at.... Death Cab For Cutie/Franz Ferdinand on April 28th, and then Switchfoot on April 29th. Both were AWESOME shows.

These are some pics from a hike I went on with ma familia last weekend up a mountain called Winchester Mountain. It's in the northwest region of Washington state, right in the Mount Baker area. Some AMAZING scenery there, with some awesome photo opportunities. Enjoy!

Well, I recently went on a hike with my family to Lindeman Lake. It's just about 1/2 an hour east of Chilliwack in the mountains (about 1hr drive from my house). BEAUTIFUL scenery abounds in this area. We made about a half hour hike up to this lake, and aftewards we headed to Chilliwack Lake which was just down the road. I'm thankful to live in a very beautiful province/country.

Well, this past week was another action packed one for concerts. On Tuesday I went and saw Billy Corgan at the Commodore in Vancouver. That was a pretty solid show, not sure if it was worth the $53 though, but I still really enjoyed it. The second concert was Blindside, yet again! This is the 3rd time I've seen them in the past year or so (saw them twice last summer). This time myself, two friends, and my brother and his friend all drove down to Seattle, Washington (2.5hr drive) to see them. They played in this crazy small venue, which was awesome. I was right up front for the entire show, got some intense pics. My friend got the setlist off the stage, so I'll post that up when I get it. Oh, and in case you're wondering why they're wearing all these old 1930's styled clothing...their new album is titled The Great Depression, so that's kind of their theme for the tour and stuff too. It was pretty cool.

Well, I was fortunate to go to the Supersonics game 4 game of the NBA Playoffs (2nd round) versus the San Antionio Spurs. It was an unreal game, the crowd was totally into it (INCREDIBLY loud), and they won! It's just too bad Seattle got knocked out of the round...

Yup, so I've been a little busy and/or lazy to make any entries lately, so I'll be putting up a few the next few days in a row just so I'm all caught up. The pics for today are from when I went to Laraby State Park (sp?) in northwest Washington back in May 8th. Some beautiful scenery there - boy do I love living by the ocean...
